As the key member of ROC, your objective is to establish yourself as the subject matter expert in enterprise and operational risk management, providing essential support to Business/Risk Owners in identifying and managing risks. Your role will encompass coordinating and reviewing business processes to manage and resolve issues efficiently, conducting a thorough analysis of incidents and near-misses to identify root causes, and partnering with relevant stakeholders to guide long-term remediation.You are expected to drive early detection of risks and issues through dashboarding driven by Key Risk Indicators and other process indicators, thereby supporting the business in promptly addressing the issues in accordance with HPB\'s risk appetite and actively involved in developing and implementing operational excellence strategies for HPB.Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Business Leaders and key stakeholders to create, prioritize, and implement business performance strategies. Your tasks will involve dealing with complex challenges, translating business and compliance requirements into practical strategies, and leading innovative initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, improve customer experience, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.BE PART OF THE TEAMJoin us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, influencing decisions, and partnering with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. You should have relevant work experience in risk management governance, processes, and risk monitoring using key risk indicators. Experience in operational excellence, business consulting, quality assurance, project management, and process improvement is also required. You should also possess:Proven track record of managing enterprise risks and supporting multiple groups of risk owners.Analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills and demonstrated experience in developing actionable insights.Confidence in making decisions in highly complex, ambiguous, and matrixed situations.Strong business and financial acumen and robust project and process management skills. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.In addition, having relevant qualifications or experience in Business Administration, Science and Technology, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field will be an added advantage. Possessing a PMP/Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification would also be a plus.
