Our team consists of passionate individuals who are motivated and energized by the fact that we exist to make a change - have a societal impact in Southeast Asia.The overall Sales Planning team works closely with country commercial leaders, sales teams, marketing teams and product teams to ensure maximum impact for our businesses.About the role:We are looking for a hands-on and operationally resilient Senior Manager to anchor the demand planning portfolio for Grab For Business. The role is a balance of analytics and stakeholder management, leading day-to-day coordination with the Marketing team and the Sales team to drive growth. This includes budget management, customer segmentation, campaign optimization and experimentation. To perform this role well, the candidate needs to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to create and follow processes, and a track record of exceeding expectations.Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Develop processes to plan and forecast for promos and incentives spend for the GFB business for monthly and quarterly planning cycles
  • Design efficient incentive structures to drive growth for GFB while managing and tracking the budget allocation
  • Conduct analysis and experiments to design effective budget utilization processes, including customer segmentation, industry segmentation, churn analysis, etc.
  • Establish strong collaborative working relationships and cross-functional processes to ensure maximum impact from demand generation activities
  • Act as an internal champion for GFB demand planning, influencing senior stakeholders both in regional and country leadership teams, while enabling data-driven decision making
Qualifications
  • At least 6 years experience in a fast-paced environment, in a strategy/operations/customer-facing or related role
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or related fields
  • Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
  • Superb presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by capability to synthesize a large amount of information into a clear message
  • Customer focused, and results-oriented in all aspects of planning and delivery
  • High-performing and adaptable in a semi-structured environment
  • Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact
  • Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
