Job Summary

A key APAC Leadership role, with a focus on ensuring The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) is engaging and building relationships with current member hotel owners and their senior leadership teams. The candidate will be the key strategic advisor to members in the region to ensure their membership value is optimized.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about independent luxury hotels in APAC. Someone who has solid experience within hospitality; and someone who can think strategically and can get things done in a collaborative manner.

As the Senior Manager, Member Success, APAC, you will report to the Director, Member Success, supporting the growth in this very exciting part of the globe as one of the key leaders. This is a full-time position located in Singapore. We offer flexible workplace policies that can accommodate work from home to candidates. Candidates should be willing to travel as the job requires.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Fully engage current member hotels to optimize the return on partnership via regular communication, support, and meetings to increase overall revenue generated YOY within respective region:

o Monitor each hotel revenue performance and ensure revenue targets are achieved

o Grow LHW contribution / share of business to hotels YOY

o Manage Revenue/Fee (RevX) for each of the member hotels in the region

\xc2\xb7 Work with hotel leaders to articulate key success measures for their membership, and manage the success plan between LHW internal teams and the hotel to achieve those outcomes

\xc2\xb7 Manage in person and virtual meetings with new and existing hotel Owners, General Managers, Asset Managers, and key Department Heads

\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely and effective implementation of initiatives and appropriate follow-up to achieve set results.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct pertinent in-depth market analysis to fully understand marketplace potential

\xc2\xb7 Work with Director, Membership Development to define and build a strategic LHW portfolio plan

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for departmental budget

\xc2\xb7 Lead the Quality Leadership Plan for the region

\xc2\xb7 Be the Brand ambassador taking ownership of the relationship between all stakeholders and enhancing company reputation

About You:

\xc2\xb7 You are passionate about luxury hotels and have experience in travel, hospitality development and sales, marketing, revenue, and/or hotel operations

\xc2\xb7 You are able to operate independently, managing your time and priorities effectively while ensuring timely follow up on queries and needs.

\xc2\xb7 You are a great listener, enjoy negotiations, conflict resolution and known for being good at finding win-win outcomes

\xc2\xb7 You are a natural born leader with a team centered approach paired with a self-starter mentality. You are being described as energetic, curious, proactive, flexible, and strong in time management.

\xc2\xb7 You have excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 written and spoken - with the ability to tailor your style and tone based on the message, medium, and audience.

\xc2\xb7 You also enjoy creating and giving presentations to various audience types (ie: Ownership, GM, Asset Managers, DOSMs) and sizes (1-1s to 100s) always with executive polish and presence.

\xc2\xb7 You have strong business acumen and analytical skills ability to analyze market intelligence reports and provide recommendations accordingly

\xc2\xb7 You have the natural ability to influence others, build trust and relationships

\xc2\xb7 You are proficient in English, Chinese and other possible APAC languages

Education and Experience:

\xc2\xb7 University degree or equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10 years experience in hotel or travel industry.
