The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving significant organic growth, leading high-performing teams, and navigating the complexities of SEO in competitive markets. • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with overall business goals

• Drive performance and achieve SEO KPIs for 5 Web Hosting brands across APAC

• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and emerging SEO trends

Content Optimization:Work closely with content and marketing teams to create high-quality, SEO-friendly contentImplement a keyword strategy to target high-value search terms and optimise existing contentOrganic Video Strategy:Execute strategies for organic video content to boost brand visibility and engagementCollaborate with video production teams to create SEO-optimized videos for platforms like YouTube and social mediaOptimize video metadata, descriptions, and tags to enhance search rankings and discoverabilityData Analysis and Reporting:Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and AhrefsPrepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadershipTechnical SEO:Oversee technical SEO audits and implement best practices to enhance site architecture, crawlability, and indexationCollaborate with engineering teams to optimize website performance, including page speed and mobile responsivenessTeam Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEO specialistsFoster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the teamCross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with product management, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into product development cyclesCoordinate with the paid search team to align organic and paid strategiesWho you are & what youxe2x80x99ll need to succeed.Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience in the SEO and Digital Marketing field acceptable.Minimum of 7 years of SEO experience with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven experience managing SEO for large-scale websites, preferably in the web hosting or tech industryDeep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factorsDeep understanding of Answer Engine Optimisation, and AI toolsDeep understanding of content marketing, including experience building video, blog, social and UGC programsHigh proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, MozPreferably knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platformsLStrong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategiesAbility to think strategically and execute methodicallyHighly organized with strong project management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPassionate about staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies like AIWhy youxe2x80x99ll love us.Wexe2x80x99ve evolved; we provide three work environment scenarios.
