Job Description


Our Client from the healthcare industry is looking for experienced candidate who had conducted customer service related training modules and develop training curriculum.

  • Develop training curriculum in collaboration with frontline managers and COO with focus on developing culture of quality and equipping staffs with the knowledge, competencies, tools and skills required to deliver patient centric service standards consistently.
  • Plan and conduct training (i.e., role play activities) for frontline and operations support staff with key focus on Service Excellence & Operational Efficiencies Deliver.
  • Deliver digital and print material (e.g., slides, videos, etc.)
  • Conduct role-playing activities
  • Participate in planning, development and implementation of e-Learning resources.
  • Participate in the training forecasting and planning process.
  • Perform all administrative tasks related to the delivery of the training programmes. These include preparation of training materials, course communication and LMS administration.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and outcomes of the training programmes.
  • Report training utilization rate and post training audit.
  • Support the train-the-trainer approach to develop Service Champions in all frontline department.
  • Drive continuous service initiatives and process improvement through problem identification and solving.
  • To undertake any assignments or projects when assigned by the supervisor or Head, Specialty Ops.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree preferably in Hospitality from a recognized institution.
  • A teaching qualification would be an advantage.
  • Five to eight years\' working experience, preferably in hospitality or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in conducting Customer Service training in hospitality or airline industry for frontline staff.
