Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the Group FP&A function including annual budget process, monthly forecasts and monthly reporting of consolidated results; Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, validate expenses and explain variances. Share insights and provide commentaries on findings.
• Analyse financial, sales and operational data and metrics to make strategic recommendations to help the different lines of businesses grow and be successful
• Finance business partnering - Support the division heads and management on any adhoc matters with regards to the financial and business performance of the company including handling due diligence exercises, audits, automation/process enhancement projects, support expansion of new offices/products, etc
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with a variety of different stakeholders, including functional leaders, process owners and management teams
• Handle a team of 2-3 direct reports

• Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ or ACCA, CPA or relevant
• 5-10 years of experience in FP&A or as a Finance Business Partner
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Self-starter and proactive
• Able to work independently as well as being effective as a team player
