DESIGNATION : Senior Manager (Strategy - Retail Business)

RESPONSIBILITIES

This Senior Manager plays a key role to support cross-functional teams in the development and operationalizes the key strategic initiatives which are critical for the organization to achieve both of its short- and long-term goals. Success in this role demands a strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature. The key responsibilites include:

• Support the development of the company’s short and long-term strategic plans and initiatives
• Provide analytical expertise and support for business planning and decision making using internal and market information and statistics
• Supporting the development of weekly/quarterly/annual performance reports for the business’s leaders as well as facilitating cross-functional performance reviews for this leadership
• Lead or support specific strategic initiatives/ workstreams to ensure delivery against its committed KPIs
• Support special taskforce created to address issues with immediate needs or high criticality
• As part of Strategy Team, support and drive all cross-BU, cross-CF initiatives, internal and external communications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategic planning and/ or commercial role
• Working experience in retail industry fast moving consumer goods is a plus
• Excellent research and analytical capabilities
• Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications tailored to different group of stakeholders
• Excellent Project management skills and the ability to lead large multi-function teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable data and presentation
• Motivated team player, meticulous with good listening skills and an eye for detail
• Self-starter, highly motivated individual
