* Responsible for leading the team to research and analyse industry application scenarios, understand user paths and needs through data analysis, develop and optimise product featur Responsible for leading the team to research and analyse industry application scenarios, understand user paths and needs through data analysis, develop and optimise product features to improve efficiency continuously. Engage local and regional business stakeholders and functional leaders in the regional office to identify and resolve obstacles to support the growth of our key business segments. Analyse, align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility and value of the feature requests to deliver localised Production Requirement Document (PRD). Prioritise and resolve any issues that are escalated in a timely manner and promptly communicate the progress for critical live issues. Collaborate with other Product, Engineering and Design teams to implement long-term and sustainable product solutions that best suit the businesses. Manage product specifications creation process and obtain sign-off from key stakeholders. Manage complex, cross-functional products and lead the delivery process of these products across PRD, User Acceptance Testing, and Live Release. Execute day-to-day product operations to ensure business continuity. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, over 6-8 years of strategic product or other relevant experience is preferred (e-commerce, advertising, short-form video, banking and finance, information flow or other industrial background). Team management experience is preferred. Strong logical and independent thinking abilities to understand and structure business logic. Solid product design and data analysis ability, lead and initiate product planning and implementation in related fields, good at using data to drive product optimisation and iteration. Outstanding communication, coordination, and cross-functional cooperation skills, good team awareness and execution ability.
