Job Description

The Quality Assurance & Project Manager is responsible for overseeing both the quality assurance of deliverables and the successful execution of projects. This dual role requires a candidate who is adept at implementing QA strategies while also managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations. The individual will ensure that all project outputs meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time and within scope.Areas of ResponsibilityQuality Assurance:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, processes, and standards.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of software, products, or services to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.

• Create and maintain QA documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.

• Identify and document defects, issues, and risks, working closely with development teams to resolve them.

• Monitor quality metrics and lead initiatives to improve overall quality processes.

Ensure that all products and deliverables meet regulatory and organizational quality standards.Project Management:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring that impacts are communicated and mitigated effectively.

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
