DESIGNATION : Senior Manager - Business Process Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC Fairprice is seeking a dynamic a motivated Senior Manager - Business Process Operations in Singapore to lead and manage the Business Process team for the Online Marketplace business. The candidate must be a strong leader, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to effectively determine and execute the longer-term strategy for the Marketplace processes and operations for Fairprice. Ideal candidate with help the Head of Marketplace lead the vision and implementation of Marketplace operations, and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations from first mile to last mile. Primary Responsibilities:

• Contribute to Marketplace growth by scaling, optimising and streamlining Operations processes; work with stakeholders and different cross functional teams to optimise systems and processes to minimise time spent on day-to-day tasks and allow more time for strategic thinking.
• Define a value chain model for the E2E Marketplace operations to identify the cost efficient area of improvements.
• Set-up the onboarding processes with Business Acquisition team and draw the roadmap for quality and cost efficient model.
• Build trust and strong working relationships with business teams to ensure that Marketplace operations are executed in line with the prescribed SLAs.
• Determine and monitor KPIs and leading indicators for customer experience, operations and finance performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with key stakeholders to identify range gaps and build a strategy to address these gaps and continuously expand the product portfolio, with a key focus on the highest level of choice, quality and value to our customers.
• Work cross functionally with Technology, Operations, Products, Digital Store Operations and Finance to deliver strategic projects allowing company to offer the best customer experience.
• Work with Customer Service to understand underlying issues affecting customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that inventory losses for Marketplace items are minimised and any potential risks are mitigated well in advance of any material business impact.
• Participate in longer-term business planning.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce and interest in driving business improvements through team leadership, data-driven decision making, and end-to-end project management.
• At least 5 years of work experience in ecommerce, supply chain operations, and/or consulting.
• Outstanding business analytics skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Is able to demonstrate ability to manage team, exercise leadership across a complex organization, ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, meticulous and results oriented.
