We pride ourselves on our diverse workforce and are committed to transforming NUS into a leading global University shaping the future.https://nusit.nus.edu.sg/Serve as a CRM Project Manager, responsible for the overall project definition and management, oversees the development and support of Learners Cross-Lifecycle CRM Management starting from Prospective, Recruiting & Admissions, Student Success, Continuing Education and Professional Education.The incumbent will work closely with the business communities, in-house technical resources, external vendors, and other stakeholders in project delivery, IT system maintenance, and IT support services. He/she will also be responsible for IT strategic planning, budget planning, resource planning, and management reporting in the related business areas.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProgram and Project Management
- Manages the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for consulting services to gather requirements from interested departments throughout the University for a new Learners Cross-Lifecycle CRM tool, managing the RFP process for a CRM solution and the RFP process for an implementation partner.
- Manages procurement, including preparing and publishing tender specifications, evaluating and recommending potential solutions and vendors, contract management, etc.
- Be accountable for the Total cost of Ownership, including both the product license and professional charges for the implementation, and strive to optimise it without compromising on value delivery.
- Accountable for the overall successful delivery of Learner Cross-Lifecycle CRM projects.
- Oversees the delivery of projects to ensure that targets are met. This includes, amongst others, conducting user requirement analysis, participating in solution design, planning and executing testing, deploying the solution to \'live\', etc.
- Creates and reviews project artefacts and deliverables to meet quality and NUS guidelines and policies.
- Liaises closely with business users and builds good rapport.
- Liaises closely with vendors to ensure successful delivery of products and services by contract.
- Manages project team to optimise workforce resources while maintaining healthy team morale.
- Be aware of contemporary industry & competitive practices, products and strategies in the Higher Education domains and use this knowledge to evolve the products.
- Deploy Agile delivery methods, extreme programming, Cloud preference, micro-services enabled APIs and best CRM application principles, working in a largely DevOps culture to deliver excellent solutions.Qualifications- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 10 years within the IT industry, including 5+ years in CRM background and 5+ years experience in project management.
- Good grasp of CRM products, low/ no-code platforms, methodologies, architectures, and best practices.
- Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. Understanding the business questions that users are trying to answer is essential.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, a fast learner, highly organised and positive attitude.
- Certification in PMP or CITPM will be an added advantage.
- Experience in CRM, especially in the Higher Education industry, is a bonus.
