Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Marketing Project Manager to drive the coordination and cross-functional implementation of Equinix\'s global sustainability marketing initiatives and planning across regions, business units and functions. In this role, you will be responsible for the promulgation of Sustainability Program Office (SPO) approved messaging related to sustainability. This will include creating, executing, and streamlining global, regional and local marketing initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across the company. This role will act as an extension of the SPO focused on sharing content to promote our commitment to sustainability and educate our customers and external stakeholders about our ESG progress, commitments and service offerings on a global scale. Responsibilities

• Align with the SPO Engagement team on the development of sustainability messaging
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability into our overall global brand messaging in support of marketing campaign requirements
• Represent and communicate the marketing sustainability strategy cross-functionally to drive integration, accountability and consistency of messaging across marketing, sales, product and business development functions as a critical component of success
• Participate in the development and implementation of Equinix\'s global sustainability marketing strategy and go-to-market planning
• Integrate sustainability initiatives and messaging into our global marketing campaigns and programs.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sustainability messaging and branding and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay up to date with global industry trends and best practices in sustainability marketing
• Drive brand activation and positioning strategies to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all regions and markets

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, sustainability, or a related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in sustainability marketing, with a track record of successfully embedding consistent global sustainability messaging across a corporate brand, across regions and cross-functional teams
• Experience activating global integrated marketing campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and effectively influence a global audience
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams on a global scale
• Knowledge of sustainability best practices and ESG impacts across technical industries
• Familiarity with ESG terminology, standards and regulations
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
• Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

• Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $124,000 to $204,000

Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. This position may be offered in other locations.
