Role Summary

You will be responsible for leading the efforts to build and scale the talent management function and leadership/learning programs across the group. This role will be the primary architect of the talent framework and solutions that will be foundation to the continued success and growth of the business.

You will create the overall strategy and roadmap to deliver on a robust talent and development agenda that is aligned with business needs; evaluate, design, and execute programs as part of the Learning & Development initiatives; assess and transform performance management processes and systems that drive high performance and engagement throughout the organisation; drive and manage the talent review and succession planning.

Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Develop and deliver experiential learning and development solutions that drive talent capability building, cultural integration, and performance acceleration.
  • Lead the roll-out of global learning initiatives/agenda in Asia Pacific, including mandatory trainings, technical trainings and other core learning programs that supports the group-wide developmental needs.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand the local business challenges, conduct learning needs analysis, ensure the deployment of inclusive and blended local learning approaches (e-learning via company learning platform, instructor-led courses, virtual learning, experiential tactics, etc.).
  • Create innovative ideas to advocate an organizational learning culture. Develop engaging communication campaigns to promote our learning offers.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials and resources. Delivers, facilitates learning, and act as internal trainer for identified programs.
  • Creates learning dashboards. Evaluate, assess, and report effectiveness of training programs, provide evolving recommendations to enhance the employees\' learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with global team to explore functionality of Learning Management System (LMS). Develop and leverage on LMS capabilities to broaden the accessibility of our learning programs.
  • Develops strong relationships with our strategic vendor partnerships, maximizing value, quality, cost, and timely delivery.
Talent Management
  • Remain current on emerging leadership and talent development trends, anticipate future talent needs related to talent profiles, competencies, and capacity. Show pioneering spirit to develop strategies that enable talent pipeline building and business success.
  • Identify leadership capabilities required for success, assess capability gaps. Build, evolve, and scale leadership development strategies that close those gaps.
  • Identify high potential employees and critical roles, manage and facilitate succession planning discussions to ensure healthy leadership renewal and talent readiness.
  • Leverage on global platforms and tools to enable internal talent mobility. Create talent profiles, enhance internal career path building processes to accelerate talent development.
  • Build Global Development Mindset across the organization. Lead the planning and implementation of yearly talent performance/potential assessment, promote developmental check-ins between Managers and Employees, translating into growth plans and development activities.
  • Act as an internal consultant on promotion, mobility, performance, and staffing decisions, in alignment with strategic business priorities and talent aspirations
Requirements
  • Degree in Management, Human Resource, Psychology, or equivalent majors
  • 10+ years HR experience with minimum 5 years designing and delivering Learning & Development and Talent Management programs
  • High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong program and project management skills, able to plan, organise, and prioritise works tasks
  • Demonstrated expertise on best practices in the field of learning, leadership development, and talent management
  • Team player, able to collaborate with diverse colleagues in a cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary and global environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization, and influence key stakeholders for decision making
  • Embrace changes and passionate on breaking status quo for better results
