We are currently working with a global Data Centre Developer with strong expansion growth strategy regionally to bring in a talented Senior Tax Manager who is dependable and possesses a systematic mindset to support the entities in the group to manage the full spectrum of tax (direct and indirect). Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day tax affairs of the business, with the aim to minimise tax risks and adopt tax practices that are consistent with the overall Group\'s business objectives
• Responsible for preparing and ensuring the timely submission of the tax returns e.g. corporate tax, GST, withholding tax, CbCR, GloBE, transfer pricing documents and any other compliance matters as necessary
• Given our capital-intensive business, ensure effective tax planning on capital allowance claims including working with external contractors and the wider finance team on proper capex records and classification
• Work closely with IRAS and external advisers on corporate taxation matters and queries, as well as working with external auditors during the year-end process
• Aid on all taxation matters within the Group e.g. withholding taxes, property taxes, GST, transfer pricing guidelines, etc. This will include monitoring the tax legislation and assessing the impact to the Group
• Understanding of wider international tax issues is required
• Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, or its equivalent
• Professional accounting qualifications, e.g. ACCA or equivalent certification
• Minimum 9 years of corporate tax experience in a Big4 accounting firm
• Minimum 3 years of other industry experience (industry outside of big4 eg financial institution, data centre etc)
• MNC experience is a plus
• Experience in SAP accounting system (good to have)
• Self-motivated with great attention to details and demonstrates strong ownership of tasks
• Planning and organisation skills and able to prioritise to meet deadlines and cope with fluctuations in workload
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive working attitude, proactive and a team player, as well as having the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines
