Our opportunity for you:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Tax Services to join Vistra Corporate Services (SEA) Pte. Ltd on a full-time basis.

Purpose of the role:

Base in Singapore, reporting to Senior Manager, Tax Services.

Scope:

Key responsibilities:

• Review corporate tax, GST and personal tax returns.
• Assist clients in attending to enquiries from Tax Authority.
• Provide comprehensive tax advice and solutions to a portfolio of clients in a diverse range of industries.
• Share knowledge, develop resources, provide training and supervise staff in delivery of quality tax services.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, manage their expectations and ensure excellent client services.
• Develop product brochures and marketing materials

Attributes & Skills:

• Independent, self- motivated and good team player.
• High professional integrity, proactive and committed.
• Good communication skills and able to liaise with clients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with staff in a remote office

Relevant experience:

• A good understanding of business and tax technical issues ideally with relevant experience in fund industry, and ability to provide value-added solutions to clients.
• Experience working in a mid-tier/large public accounting firms with at least 5 years of relevant experience in tax.

Education/Professional Qualifications:

• A recognised university degree in accounting with tertiary qualification in tax. Ideally, accreditation by SCTP.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage
