Hilton\xe2\x80\x99s Asia Pacific (APACx) Product & Technology team is responsible for creating hospitality experiences of the future that delights our guests, owners, and team members. Through human centric CX and technology strategy, planning, development, deployment, and continuous support, the regional team brings in new digital experiences from concept to production. A successful candidate will help us identify channel strategy, drive digital transformation, and support our continued growth while remaining at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.What will I be doing?As the Senior Manager, Technical Project Delivery - APACx, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Plan, prioritize, own, and support Hilton\xe2\x80\x99s digital experience platform in collaboration with global and regional software engineering teams as well as cross-product/multi-functional business partners.
• Drive the delivery of channel capabilities across Hilton\xe2\x80\x99s web/mobile/super app workstreams by understanding, documenting, and simplifying complex technical subjects to product stakeholders.
• Lead a variety of projects/tasks in agile platform development such as drawing architecture/sequence diagrams, network and data flow diagrams, while working with security/compliance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with key partners in multiple levels across the organization, including product, software engineering, core architecture, security, etc and balance each interests and needs.
• Breakdown high level technical requirement into detailed development tasks to be assigned to vendor development teams.
• Join and drive regular meetings with internal and external vendor teams such as devops, security, network, database and follow up on agreed tasks.
• Participate in product lifetime support and other product related meetings to ensure technical delivery is in alignment with product direction.
• Drive the agenda by coordinating, collecting and collating topics through critical-thinking and collaboration with internal and external project team members.
• Develop technical project plans and milestone to ensure projects stay on track and send weekly progress reports.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• 7 years of professional experience in the technical field
• 3 years of project management experience
• Previous experience working in technology planning and delivery
