Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be part of the Corporate Finance team, supporting CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte Ltd (CLINTMPL) in Treasury operations.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily treasury operations, including all banking-related transactions including payments, repatriation, cash management, bank mandate updates, etc.Manage and oversee the documentation and administration of credit facilities with lenders, including liaising with lawyersMonitor the Trust\xe2\x80\x99s key covenants and ratios and ensure compliance with relevant regulations/policiesOversee the Trust\xe2\x80\x99s hedging policy and managing and negotiating all forwards/swaps including documentation with hedging banksLiaise with Finance team on all monthly reporting for the Trust to senior management/the BoardPrepare and monitor of budget/forecast to achieve departmental KPIsReview/preparation of monthly Group Treasury-related reportsAssist in any other fund raising activities, e.g. equity and bond issuances, credit ratingIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the treasury systemAny other duties as assignedRequirementsDegree in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant or possess a professional qualification in FinanceMinimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in treasury functionExperience in team management is an advantageA team player with strong analytical, communication and organisational skillsGood writing and communication skillsAbility to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlinesBenefits
