The CompanyMy client is a leading industry player, currently hiring a driven and independent Finance talent with experience in driving forex and interest rate hedging as well as in acquisition & divestment activities.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of relevant experience - driving forex and interest rate hedging strategies, monitoring cashflow, evaluating and negotiating financing/re-financing options.
• Exposure in acquisition & divestment activities will be important
• Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants who are bilingual in English and Chinese as this role may interact with Chinese-speaking counterparts
• Desired traits: Self-starter, analytical, driven, adaptable and has good communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Budget: S$10,000 - S$14,000 per month + Bonus Job ScopeWorking in a global establishment, you will analyze the financials, review loan covenant and forecast, and monitor cashflows of investments. You will evaluate and drive the implementation of FX and interest rate hedging strategies as well as support in the negotiation of financing/ re-financing options. You will work closely with the investment team and asset management teams in acquisition and divestment activities, and provide assessment and recommendations around funding mechanics and holding structures.
