Senior Manager, Value Added Center

What You\'ll Be Doing
- Manage employees and processes related to the order fulfillment process for entire distribution centers.
- Meet and exceed service level and quality, and productivity goals. Identify ways to reduce costs while improving efficiencies and quality
- Develop and manage staff
- Analyzes and implements process improvements by using CPI, Six Sigma and Lean.
- Review financials for areas of improvement and manage resource allocation and P&L
- Maintaining integrity in the use of company assets such as inventory, supplies, equipment and receivables.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar job function in an established organization
- Willing to travel regularly between Singapore and Malaysia (Johor)
- Demonstrated leadership track record of leading large teams in an established organisation
- Experience within the electronics or high technology industry
