In your new role you will:

• Lead and own the end-to-end process technology for 28nm and 40nm embedded memory technologies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, internal Infineon division, and silicon foundries partners to make swift and effective decisions related to process changes and foundries event
• Conduct regular assessments of the 28nm and 40nm technology processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance yield and quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any process-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Min Bachelor Degree / Master in Electronic Engineering/Physics/Material Science or similar discipline
• Min 10 years in process integration within front-end (FOL) semiconductor
• In-depth knowledge in process integration preferably in 28nm and 40nm technology in foundries environment
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
• Proven experience in driving fast decision-making processes, particularly in the context of Product Change Review Boards and Material Review Boards.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders globally
• Ability to analyse complex technical data and make informed recommendations for process enhancements.
