What the role is:Be part of a dynamic team to organise the Singapore International Water Week Spotlight 2025 and the 41st World Congress of the International Association of Hydro-Environment Engineering (IAHR2025) and Research, taking place in June 2025.What you will be working on:As Senior Manager, Industry & Technology Collaboration Dept, you will be deployed to support the operations, logistics, procurement, VIP management and administration program/instruction of the above two events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Welcome Reception \xe2\x80\xa2 Joint Opening Ceremony \xe2\x80\xa2 High-Level Summit \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical Programme \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical site visits \xe2\x80\xa2 All networking events You shall also support the following functions \xe2\x80\xa2 Invitations & RSVP of invited speakers and guests \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage hosted hotel rooms \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance to liaison officers \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare statistics and report for STB grantsWhat we are looking for:This role requires the individual to work with a diverse set of eminent local and international stakeholders to build a high-quality event. \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Business or related disciplines \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to commit full-time until the end of SIWW Spotlight 2025 and IAHR2025 \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced conference producer \xe2\x80\xa2 Organised and meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and independent \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written and verbal communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlineAbout PUB, The National Water Agency:PUB is an organisation that is recognised internationally for good water management.
