What the role is
You will play a key role in ensuring optimal manpower capacity and capability for MOH to fulfil its organisational goals.
You will be working in a fast-paced and highly volatile environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on
You will work closely with MOH Senior Management, MOH divisions and affiliated agencies and other stakeholders to ensure an effective and sustainable staff structure. You will also drive MOH family\'s annual and longer-term workforce planning efforts, and manage manpower growth in alignment with the shifts in strategies and operating models as part of Public Sector Transformation. In addition, as the HR system lead, you will work closely with internal partners to ensure good quality and integrity of HR data, and utilise analytics for workforce reports and HR policy decisions.
