Job Description

What you will be working on:

• Drive the evolution of financial data collection and consumption Be part of the team to continuously digitalise the financial reporting value chain through various initiatives Engage local and international stakeholders to build ACRA's brand and profile, and matters relating to collection and consumption of financial data Facilitate companies' preparation, filing and consumption of XBRL financial statements Responsible for BizFinx system and operations, and drive enhancements to resolve operational issues and increase efficiency and effectiveness Play a support role in administering reliefs from financial reporting requirements and NOE applications to rectify defective accounts, and conduct the relevant enforcement against non-compliant companies and/or directors Initiate or participate in any other systems-related or financial reporting-related initiatives Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

What we are looking for:

• Professional Qualification in Accountancy/IT would be preferred Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role Good project management skills and the ability to take initiative Passion for system and operations work, and keen to acquire new skillsets such as XBRL technology, design thinking, data science and UI/UX design Meticulous with excellent analytical skills. Able to identify and mitigate risk areas relating to system implementation Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills; able to deal with the various stakeholders of the financial reporting eco system Able to work both independently and in project teams
