Job Description

Role:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote different workspace clusters.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving the Total New Take-Up (NTU) target.
• Oversee the creation and execution of effective marketing initiatives for each cluster.
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
• Identify and leverage marketing opportunities through trade exhibitions, seminars, events, and industry associations.
• Manage rewards program, including publicity, agent payouts, program enhancements, and agent portal maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and KPIs.
• Work with senior leadership to set realistic targets and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Workspace Marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Identify and address skill gaps through training and development opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively.
• Streamline and digitize marketing and reporting processes.
• Utilize the CRM system to support marketing reporting needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and stay competitive.

Requirements:

• At least bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, BA, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate sector.
• Proven track record of achieving marketing targets and driving successful initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
