As a Senior Manager/Director, Transfer Pricing, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Deliver accurate and strategic advice to clients on Singapore and international tax matters, particularly in understanding the pricing of goods and services between related entities and the tax consequences of various transactions. Guide clients in adhering to transfer pricing regulations and help develop effective tax and transfer pricing strategies using methodologies outlined in the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Singapore's Transfer Pricing Guidelines. Identify and advise on tax planning opportunities in line with OECD and Singapore transfer pricing frameworks. Conduct functional analysis interviews, perform benchmarking studies, and evaluate client-specific issues to support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation. Manage regional and global transfer pricing engagements, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery. Support clients in responding to queries or audits from tax authorities related to transfer pricing matters. Collaborate with member firms across the HLB global network to address cross-border client needs. Proactively evaluate and pursue new business opportunities and client development initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Tax, Accounting or other relevant disciplines with 8-10 years of TP experience preferably in the Asia-Pacific and/or Europe Region and from a professional services firm. With track record of project management skills especially in regional and/or global transfer pricing projects Proven leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation skills Experienced and familiar with OECD and Singapore TP guidelines Having an SCTP accreditation would be an added advantage.
