Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.Responsibilities:Key Account Management

• Identify, engage and develop selected customers and non-customers as key accounts
• Discover opportunities to serve customers\xe2\x80\x99 real estate needs across asset classes and countries
• Develop new group-wide capabilities and impactful initiatives to create value for customers and stakeholders
• Engage and support customers in and from China & Taiwan regions

Drive Investment Promotion

• Acquire industry insights, identify key activities along specific industry value chains
• Co-create and support Country operations team in driving investment promotion for large scale projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business or Infocomm
• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in food and urban agriculture industries
• Real Estate and regional experience will be added advantage
• Demonstrates a keen sense of business acumen, ability to adapt and respond to changes in priorities
• Ability and experience in engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Team player and ability to navigate in a multi-cultural environment
