Job Description

:

Lead a team of manufacturing and process engineers in developing, optimizing, and sustaining CNC machining and assembly processes. Drive cycle time reduction, tool life improvement, and process capability enhancement through data-driven methods. Oversee design, fabrication, and qualification of jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, and gauges to support precision manufacturing. Manage NPI builds -- from DFM review, process validation, to full-scale production release. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for production and quality issues using structured methodologies (8D, DMAIC, FMEA). Implement lean manufacturing, SS/6S, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and yield. Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in precision manufacturing, including 3+ years in engineering leadership. Proven expertise in CNC machining processes - multi-axis programming, fixture/tooling design, and process optimization. Working knowledge of electro-mechanical / box-build assembly and integration processes. Proficient in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, NX, or equivalent) and GD&T principles. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills with a hands-on, shop-floor approach. Demonstrated ability to perform in long working hours and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
