Provide leadership, management and guidance to the team involved in postgraduate student recruitment activities
Develop and implement a marketing strategy to facilitate the recruitment of overseas full-time students, locally based IT professionals and non-IT graduates.
Undertake business development activities in selected overseas market to drive student recruitment such as by developing strong partnerships with reputed institutions, presentation of our programmes at education fairs, arranging for media coverage for our programmes etc.
Manage graduate programme student recruitment activities which include managing media agencies, arranging preview talks, advertising and promotional activities, and process to onboard the student.
Responsible to propose budgets for activities to achieve quality student application numbers.
Identify and work with potential employers to facilitate sponsorships/scholarships for potential students.
Assist in any other aspect of the graduate studies programme as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in postgraduate education sales and marketing to local and overseas students.
Strong written and oral communication & presentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills and is a team player.
Able to travel overseas frequently as required
Knowledge and experience of postgraduate student recruitment in Singapore and multiple overseas market. Familiarity with at least two of the following markets is essential: India / China / Hong Kong / Taiwan / Korea / Japan / Vietnam / Myanmar / Indonesia / Thailand / Philippines / Middle-East / Europe.
