At HTX, we are the world\'s first Science & Technology agency dedicated to integrating a diverse range of scientific and engineering capabilities to transform homeland security.What you will be working on:What we do The Policy & Planning team in HTX HR Division oversees the formulation of HR policies, total rewards and key initiatives to enable HTX to deliver its strategic objectives effectively and efficiently. You would play a critical role in major talent initiatives such as developing a holistic competency framework, charting career pathways for HTX, as well as Strategic Workforce Planning efforts. Job Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2Develop a holistic competency framework, integrating core, functional and tech competencies and identify key implications across all HR levers to foster a competency driven HR workplace. \xe2\x80\xa2Review and enhance HR policies and processes to align with the framework. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with business units and internal HR teams to understand and ensure that competencies reflect current and aspiring workforce needs. \xe2\x80\xa2Develop and articulate clear career pathways for the HTX workforce as part of enhancing their career development and job satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2Undertake Strategic Workforce Planning to enable HTX\'s workforce transformation. This includes diagnosing the current state of HTX\'s workforce, assessing future workforce capability requirements based on HTX\'s longer-term organisational goals, as well as evaluating and recommending measures to bridge the workforce gap.What we are looking for:Candidates should possess: \xe2\x80\xa2Experience in HR strategy/talent management initiatives, preferably competency framework development and/or strategic workforce planning. \xe2\x80\xa2Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make sense of different workstreams and problem solve creatively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and effective communication. \xe2\x80\xa2Self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative the challenge the status quo \xe2\x80\xa2Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment All new appointees will be appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance.
