What the role is:The Policy & Planning team in HTX HR Division oversees the formulation of HR policies, total rewards and key initiatives to enable HTX to deliver its strategic objectives effectively and efficiently. Reporting to Head (Policy & Planning), the job holder will be part of the team that drives and implements the major HR Total Reward strategies initiatives.What you will be working on:The principal accountabilities of the job holder are to: \xe2\x80\xa2Review existing HR Total Reward policies bearing in mind compliance to relevant Public Service HR guidelines and adapting these to suit evolving organisational requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Play an active role in supporting the development, review and implementation of compensation related policies, frameworks and processes, such as conduct of salary review and starting salaries review to ensure salary competitiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2Work closely with the various HR teams to implement policy revisions taking into consideration operational requirements and constraints. Address feedback and queries on implementation issues from the HR Business Partnerships team and staff. \xe2\x80\xa2Prepare and analyse HR data, metrics, and statistics across multiple platforms to support HR strategies and initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain oversight of HRP system and payroll processes to resolve and address system and compensation related issues and queriesWhat we are looking for:Candidates should possess: \xe2\x80\xa2At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in Compensation & Benefits policy formulation. \xe2\x80\xa2Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. \xe2\x80\xa2Adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and effective communication. \xe2\x80\xa2Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2Familiarity with HRP system or SAP would be advantageous. All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure, based on performance.
