Job Description

The incumbent will be part of the Industry Outreach & Marketing (Partners Engagement) team with the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP).

Job responsibilities

The selected candidate will be required to:


Plan and carry out industry and community engagement plans Deliver policies and programmes to employers and encourage them to adopt fair and progressive employment practices Build good relations with industry and community partners, business and trade associations as well as trade unions to promote TAFEP's initiatives and programmes Organise seminars and training workshops Make presentations and conduct workshops /briefings Staff relevant meetings

Requirements

Knowledge of the Employment Act is an advantage Have good analytical, writing and communications skills Able to multi-task and work independently People oriented Strong competency in MS-Office software is essential Candidates with more years of experience and ability to lead a team shall be considered for the senior position
The position offered will commensurate with individual work experience and suitability.


Position is on a 2-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of TAL with an option to renew, contingent upon performance and subject to the organisation's needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
