Description of Division: As part of the RPG family, Children-in Care (CIC) services safeguards the safety and well-being of children and young persons in Singapore. The science and art of our work remain very much firmly rooted on keeping children safe from harm, working in partnership with families and stakeholders.What you will be working on:Brief description of Job Scope: You will be part of the Child Welfare team of CIC which has oversight of matters pertaining to Pre-Family Guidance Orders (FGO), adoption and special marriage licences (SML). You will be part of a team that provides administrative support to the teams that engages the social service agencies (SSAs) who provide adoption, Special Marriage License and Pre-FGO services. You will also be involved in change management and engagement efforts through digitalisation of services. Responsibilities: Your duties include but will not be limited to the following: a) Planning for, reviewing, implementing and managing the Family Guidance Order (FGO) programme. You will also be involved in the assessment and processing of applications/enquires related to FGO. b) You will also be working with partners in the sector to implement the FGO programme. c) In addition, you will also be involved in the development and implementation of new processes that will enhance CW\'s service delivery for the adoption and SML process. d) You will also be expected to assist with the handling of all communications for SML and adoption related enquires. e) You will be expected to staff submissions, co-ordinating with all internal stakeholders and conducting presentations to ensure the objectives of the programmes are met.What we are looking for:Functional/Technical Competencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Tertiary qualifications .
