[What the role is] Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Price Regulation, you will be part of the team ensuring that Singapore remains a price competitive air hub through the pricing regulatory framework, and be involved in projects relating to the economic and financial sustainability of the Changi airhub.

[What you will be working on] Your responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing and reviewing pricing regulatory framework for Changi and Seletar Airports.
• Monitoring and analysing financial performances of key aviation stakeholders, including revenue and cost drivers
• Managing matters relating to the airport licensee such as reviewing airport economic regulation legislation and conditions, coordinating engagement sessions, reviewing its requests and approvals for regulatory matters
• Monitoring ICAO airport economic regulation matters and develop positions and interventions for Singapore where necessary
• Be involved in work related to the financing of Changi East developments
• Reviewing and implementing the overall regulatory framework for other key airport companies that support the Changi airhub, including but not limited to legislative provisions.

• Trained in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting, or possessing experience in economic regulation
• Candidates trained in other disciplines and have a keen interest in regulatory or policy work may be considered
• Be fairly competent in the use of powerpoint, excel and word
• Comfortable in writing submissions, reports and doing presentations
• Self-motivated, resourceful and a good team player
• Able to work with external stakeholders who may hold differing views
