To work with MWS centres in scoping out the impact of their services and programmes. This will entail the determination of measurable outcomes, tracking methods and action standards
To develop new research proposals to gain insights on topics of interest such as poverty alleviation, trauma informed care for clients and quality of life in residential settings. This includes the selection of research methods, managing budgets and presenting research findings.
To seek collaborations with research teams in social service sector such as NCSS or academic researchers, for e.g., NUS Social Service Research Centre.
To make recommendations for new programmes or changes in existing programmes.
To provide research training to service practitioners
To set directions in the production of impact reports
To consolidate best practices in insight informed service interventions
To contribute thought leadership articles or present insights from research for media, sector sharing, donors and partners.
Job Requirements
DegreeHolder
At least 5years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in a research-oriented role.
Proven project management skills
Experience in conducting research studies is advantageous.
Strong writing, speaking and presentation skillsin English and conversant in 2ndlanguage.
