Job Description

What the role is:
You will be part of a dynamic HR team in MOM that looks into the area of Talent Management in MOM.
What you will be working on:

You will drive, manage and review talent management initiatives and programmes to enhance the capabilities and maximise the potential of officers to build a high performing workforce in MOM. o This includes working with the Senior Management, internal as well as external stakeholders to manage talent selection, deployment, training, and engagement, as part of leadership development.

What we are looking for:

Tertiary qualifications; IHRP certification will be a plus. o At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience o An understanding of the workings and work processes of the Civil and Public Service will be advantageous o Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills o Meticulous with an eye for detail o Highly logical with strong analytical skills o Team player, able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
