Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement grants administration processes for key schemes under the SMEs Go Digital programme to ensure compliance to the IMDA's incentive management guidelines
- Monitor and report on the progress of project implementation by grants recipients to ensure their meeting of milestones and timely claims submission and disbursement
- Track the progress of grants schemes that include budget commitments and utilisation, and provide reports to management, MCI, MOF and other key stakeholders
- Manage ad-hoc audits of the schemes
- Continuously improve, strengthen and innovate the grants management processes by identifying opportunities for streamlining, automation (e.g. using Robotic Process Automation, implementing IT systems enhancements, etc.) and innovation
- Ensure grants management and other key documents are properly filed in hard copies and digitally on our intranet
- Manage SMEs Go Digital mailbox and handle feedback
- Provide corporate support services such as procurement and development of scheme processes
- Background in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Detailed, analytical and experienced in handling operational duties
- Self-motivated team player who can work independently
- Prior experience in the public sector would be an added advantage
Contract length: 12 monthsSalary: $3,000.00 - $11,000.00 per monthBenefits:
