What the role is:As a Senior Manager/Manager/Assistant Manager in the Mental Health Office, you will play a critical role to support the development of strategies and services and promotion of social-health integration in mental health and dementia care. You will engage with and form partnerships with a diverse group of clinical and professional stakeholders and advocates to support research, conceptualisation and development of future care models and system designs. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:To develop an effective mental health ecosystem, you will support the Office to implement the National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy in, but not limited to the following areas: General Population a) Review and develop care models, monitor implementation and progress, and manage funding of mental health programmes and services for the general population; b) Implement the initiatives under the National Dementia Strategy (NDS); c) Review the psychiatric intermediate and long-term care (ILTC) landscape and care models, and develop and monitor progress of the psychiatric ILTC services and facilities. Youth a) Review and develop care models, monitor implementation and progress, and manage funding of youth mental health programmes; b) Develop and manage psychiatric ILTC and associated programmes and services for youths; c) Maintain policy oversight and coordinate mental health promotion and preventive pieces undertaken by relevant partner agenciesWhat we are looking for:
