Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and update Orchid Country Club (OCC) marketing collaterals including conceptualization, creation of collaterals (not limited to posters, banners, digital signages and other promotional materials as required)
• Design and update OCC signages (e.g. directory signages, toilet renovation signages)
• Manage and execute the digital marketing and media plan; evaluate suitability and effectiveness of digital advertising opportunities.
• Be the liaison for Marcom with other BU on marketing activities and support
• Planning of social media calendar and content creation
• Brand custodian for the Club
• Respond to enquiries from social media channels
• Prepare monthly social media analysis
• Manage and update website information
• Plan and manage annual corporate/ festive giftings
• Handle commercial photography and filming requests
• Update and tracking of Club A&P budget
• Update artworks on digital signage
• Assist in photo taking during Club events
• Sourcing and job coordination with external vendor/suppliers on printing and installation works
• Work closely with the newsletter vendor on the design, layout, colours, schedules and production of OCC bi-monthly newsletter,
• Manage and maintain OCC \'s photo library, including hardcopies, softcopies, slides etc
• Ensure all materials produced befit the club\'s image and align with its corporate identity
• Knowledge of basic video editing skills is an added advantage.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned from time to time by your immediate superior or the Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years\' experience in Marketing
• Social media and digital marketing management experience will be an added advantage
• Event management if required
• Independent, creative, self-starter, committed to working in a dynamic environment
• Meticulous with good sense of urgency
