Key Responsibilities for this role:

• Work with wider Marketing functions to support the successful delivery of campaigns, marketing activities and events covering wholesale (intermediaries and end investors) and institutional segments in Singapore and SEA.
• End-to-end management of local events, including virtual events, small-scale client seminars and third-party conferences by engaging local event organisers (publishers, agencies, client marketing teams).
• Maintain and support in the creation of a comprehensive range of marketing literature to support campaigns, events or sales activities, working closely with the relevant content, compliance and sales teams locally and in the UK.
• Coordinate and check Chinese translation of all marketing materials.
• Support in the regular and tactical email and social media campaigns using digital programs like Eloqua and Hootsuite to deliver top-quality digital communications to clients.
• Support the delivery of advertising and advertorials for external publications, e-newsletters, client communications and websites.
• Regularly update content for the M&G country websites.
• Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to ensure deadlines are adhered to and processes are effectively followed.
• Ensure that all marketing activities comply with the regulatory framework both locally and in the UK.
• Support invoicing matters
• Support the wider Marketing Team on global ad hoc projects.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
• Degree holder with at least 5 years marketing experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably in Asset Management.
• Some understanding of investment products and the investment industry in general.
• Enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with different people and departments.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).
• Excellent organisational skills in order to manage numerous projects at the same time identifying priorities.
• Digitally-led and creative flair.
• Deadline-oriented, excellent proof-reading skills and able to work effectively under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Positive \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude.
• Good understanding on the usage of digital channels and social media for business.
