Responsible for driving our marketing communication strategy and initiatives across Asia Pacific.
You will play a critical role in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services.
Roles and Responsibilities:Integrated Marketing Communication
Develop and implement a comprehension regional marketing communication plan aligned with business goals.
Responsible for the development of creative communication materials, including press releases, social media content, website content, brochure, merchandise, and other marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and culturally appropriate for the target region.
Take ownership of entire product lifecycle management, from new product announcement to start of sales, ensuring the product meets customer needs and achieve market success.
Work with incumbent agencies to create social media content strategy that resonate with target audience across different culture to drive engagement and conversions.
Use social media analytics to measure performance, making recommendations and implement changes to continue driving and improving ROI.
In charge of PR planning and execution for new product launches.
Manage and coordinate projects with cross-functional internal and external teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. KOL / Influencers and Community Management
Manage relationships with social media influencers and companys Creators to develop data-driven marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Continue to build an active and engaged community of brand loyalists across all social media channels as well as Nikons own database.
Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring brand alignment and adherence to Nikon guidelines.
Stock Inventory Management
Lead and maintain department product demo and samples inventory.
Conduct quarterly inventory audits to ensure accurate inventory data.
Identifying and implementing ways to optimise stock control processes.Operational Management
Manage the collation and dissemination of assets to both internal and external teams, maintaining information control and confidentiality.
Lead cross-functional teams with regional members, fostering collaboration and adapt communication style to different audiences, ensuring clear understanding of business goals.
Assist in monitoring the regional marketing budget and track ROI of marketing initiatives (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Drive operational excellence through process optimization initiatives and implement process improvements.
Assist all teams on day-to-day operations, including local teams requests and activity support.
Support the planning and execution of bi-annual regional marketing meetings.
Ensure adherences to all company policies and procedures, including data security and compliance regulations.Requirements:
Degree in Marketing or relevant Communications program.
7 years of working experience in consumer industry and at least 4 years in an MNC environment.
Experience in intercultural communication and building rapport with diverse teams.
Demonstrated experience managing different digital platform functions and operations. Experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with regional teams.
Contribute and build an integrated communication framework between the various portfolios and cross-collaborative functions with other departments and local teams.
Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates a strong desire and motivation to learn and grow within the role.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Business Suite.
