$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

• Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Manager, you will be supporting the sales and marketing processes that covers ATL/BTL campaigns, managing of agencies and events
• Assisting Corporate Marketing Manager in conceptualizing, planning and managing events
• Overseeing and/or supporting the activities of marketing teams to ensure designated tasks and set targets are achieved
• Oversee the designs, editing and publication of promotional materials, such as flyers and social media post
• Manage the College\'s online and social media presence, such as websites, social media etc, running regular updates, advertisements, promotional events and campaigns
• Assist in conceptualizing of visuals, producing basic designs and adaptation of existing artwork
• Assist in writing and editing copy for marketing materials (brochures, social media, website etc.)
• Collaborate with inter-departments in creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
• Work with external vendors and define standard operating processes

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Creative Media Design, Digital marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator or video editing software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
