The Job:

Co-ordinate with vendor for all work in progress (Project Launch, Events, Exhibition & etc).
Keeping track of marketing budget
Prepare month end reporting for sales performance, marketing expenditure
Monitor CRM, prepare weekly report on show flat visitor-ship and sales status
Manage and maintain project website update
Contributing ideas and strategies are part of the job scope.
Coordinate mainly with agencies and vendors to ensure smooth transition and meeting timeline for events and transactions.
Monitor competition activities and present findings to the Department
Develop communication with advertising media and PR agencies and other strategic partners
Carry out market research and customer survey
