Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with Regional Sales Manager and direct supervisor. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience. Ensure all customers data collected via various platforms are analysed and utilised to enhance marketing and service initiatives. Initiate and manage the relationships with the Privilege Club customers. Review and track the memberships performance to ensure objectives are achieved. Analyse customer's data for complete understanding of their needs and initiate relevant marketing activities which leads to satisfaction and retention. Regular visit to the shops to engage the managers and staff and gather customer's profile information for better planning of activities. Obtain full product knowledge and ability to conduct product sharing with customers and Club members. Co-ordinate with outsourced agency on social media content creation, lead generation campaign. Work with internal stakeholders such as Operations on in-store thematic decoration and with HR on internal marketing initiatives. Work with Sales department to garner positive customer's review. Collaborate with external stakeholders such as malls and relevant merchants to expand marketing reach. Act as the custodian of Apex and Privilege Boutique's brands assets. Prepare and submit marketing and promotional reports to management. Customer Engagement and Satisfaction Work closely with Customer Service Manager to act on all customer's feedback and requests. Maintain constant engagement with customers to ensure their needs are met and feedback are taken into considerations in all the marketing initiatives. Analyze the customer service survey data for better understanding of customer's needs to implement effective and targeted marketing and promotional initiatives and ensure Privilege Club's members benefits are delivered. Timely review and response to all customer reviews and feedback via various platforms Experience and Skills Requirements Minimum diploma in marketing or a related field. Additional certification in related field and software will be an added advantage Proven working experience in similar capacity, preferably in a beauty and skincare environment. Individual contributor that will be able to coordinate with outsourcing team Highly creative and proactive, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing and promotional campaigns that generate new customers, engage, and retain regular customers. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with people of all levels Experience in graphic design and ability to use design software will be an advantage
