Adecco is partnering with an American higher education organization, and they are looking for a a Senior Marketing Executive with a background in Marketing Communications/360 Marketing to join their expanding team!

  • Develop 360 integrated marketing and communication plans for assigned university portfolios/disciplines, encompassing online and offline advertising, PR, events, and branding aimed at generating leads and meeting enrolment targets.
  • Execute and optimise marketing and communication plans, working closely with internal stakeholders (team members, sales team) and external agencies on deliverables.
  • Contribute to brand building efforts through effective content marketing.
  • Work in tandem with Sales teams and broader management team to position the organzation in the market
  • Brand guardian that oversees the accurate and consistent application of the brand (in all forms) across all marketing and communication channels which includes the need for copy vetting, editing and writing.
  • Review and ensure all copy conventions align copy tonality across all marketing and communication activities to ensure consistency.
  • Lead the implementation of various digital initiatives on social media platforms, internet and on mobile to increase customer engagement and awareness
  • Review, track and evaluate effectiveness of each campaign to ensure high yield, the right media mix and to gain consumer insights for CRM and/or re-marketing.
  • Identify new avenues through co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners for lead generation and to expand brand exposure.
  • Monitor competitive marketing trends to enable development and implementation of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for respective programmes and products.
  • Manage A and P budget and ensure usage of the budget yield the highest ROI.
Job requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in integrated marketing
  • Online & offline B2B & B2C marketing experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, working environment, across multiple teams and support various business
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategy
  • Stakeholder management (managing senior level stakeholders)
  • Familiarity with marketing trends and technological developments
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and results-oriented team player with strong commercial acumen
