Join us and be a part of an exciting growth phase of gush.This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager. Together, the Marketing team works with a team of Creatives to achieve their goals. The Marketing team works to support gush's efforts in branding, outreach, internationalisation, and lead generation.Functionally, your work will be key in spearheading marketing strategies and campaigns across various revenue channels, supporting the Sales department to drive marketing leads, and break into international markets. You will also be required to work closely with other departments such as our Customer Service team to improve our customer experience and our R&D team to translate technical specifications into successful and understandable outreach campaigns and material.A successful Senior Marketing Executive would be one who is independent enough to exercise judgment within defined practices, procedures, and technologies to determine appropriate actions, before running these actions by the Marketing Manager. This individual would not shy away from analysing situations or data, accounting for a variety of factors, whilst resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways with minimal handholding. As a brand guardian, this individual would be the go-to person for brand know-how in relevant functions and actively challenge, support, and guide peers, whilst taking the lead for sprints within areas of his/her specialism.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver independently on new material or product features that relate to marketing and outreach, from physical touchpoints such as brochures and flyers to digital touchpoints such as webpages and social campaigns, with minimal support from others
  • Collaborate with project manager to plot timelines and schedule content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary
  • Manage the engagement metrics for gush's social media presence and improve on existing tools, templates and features where necessary
  • Understand and develop gush's global brand approach and contribute to gush's brand standards
  • Execute marketing and social media campaigns and strategies for gush's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Support the Sales team by designing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across various revenue channels and driving marketing leads
  • Help establish a beachhead for international markets by laying the groundwork for customer acquisition, outreach, and education
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to refine and improve on our customer experience where it impacts on new customer acquisition, outreach, and education
  • Communicate with the Customer Service and Sales teams for product launches, new content and/or campaigns are pushed out to prepare them for possible inquiries or leads
  • Work closely with the Scientific Officer from the R&D team to translate technical specifications and product knowledge into material capable of being deployed successfully in outreach campaigns
  • Work closely with the Creative team and Marketing Project Manager to make sure layouts, content, editorials, designs, and copy are fit for purpose and marketing strategy
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications and Media or Business
  • 2-3 years' experience in Marketing-related functions
  • Result-oriented, not daunted by a "do more with less" constraint and enjoys the challenge that comes from working in a start-up
  • Able to work effectively with high visibility and transparency
  • Knowledge in a number of specialty areas related to the marketing and creative functions such as conducting market research, competition analysis, marketing strategies, campaign execution, public relations and influencer engagement, stakeholder management, and a willingness to learn and develop further expertise in these areas
  • Meticulous and detailed oriented, curious, and genuinely passionate about doing good for the world
  • Interest and prior knowledge in topics surrounding sustainability, health and wellness, and interior design is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Strong spoken and written communication in English is necessary
