Job Description

The (Senior) Marketing Executive should be a professional able to grasp consumer behaviour trends and generate creative ideas. He/She is passionate for the "art" of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building effective strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image. Together with the team, he/she will organize creative campaigns and promotional events to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous business growth. The position reports to the Marketing Manager.Key Responsibilities Monitor target consumer requirements, habits and trends, brand/product/service awareness and competitors' market initiatives Brainstorm creative ideas and assist in developing effective marketing strategies Identify, develop, and execute affiliate marketing opportunities Maintain with up-to-date content and positive user experience on all our proprietary ecommerce websites and digital media platforms as well as manage inbound marketing initiatives to drive relevant traffic and engagement with them Plan and execute marketing communication and promotional campaigns to impact the target retail customers and trade audiences through appropriate channels (social media, eDM, print, retail merchandising and below-the-line brand/product engagement onsite events etc.) Assist with the development of marketing collaterals - collaborate with in-house designer and external agencies to oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including retail point-of sales materials, different types of traditional as well as digital media content, PR publicity, or advertising collaterals. Liaise internally as well as external vendors to execute marketing communication and promotional campaigns Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics (conversion rates, traffic, sales etc.) and submit performance reports Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expensesRequirements Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role Experience in Retail and/or F&B industry is an advantage Good understandingof marketing data analytics and tools Knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices Good understanding of marketing fundamentals (including traditional and digital marketing esp. such as SEO/Social media/ecommerce and web analytics etc.) Strong organizational and time-management abilities Strong attention to detail A adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional communication and proficient writing skills Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind Proficient in MS Office and some knowledge on video and photo editing software BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline A strong affinity to safe, wholesome and healthy food and beverages is very much an advantageJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per monthBenefits:
