Job Scope * Lead and direct the development and implementations of marketing and brand communications programs * Utilize Kin Teck Tong's brand heritage, local marketing knowledge and understandi Job Scope Lead and direct the development and implementations of marketing and brand communications programs Utilize Kin Teck Tong's brand heritage, local marketing knowledge and understanding of customers' needs and expectations as well as competitive intelligence in planning marketing and brand planning processes Manage and optimize social media, website, electronic direct emailers, online reviews and SEO/SEM and engagement Event Management & Coordination of various events (Roadshows, Workshop, Consumer Activation Activities & Press Launches etc) Perform data analysis and provide thought leadership based on consumers insights Develop company's brand voice, ensuring consistency across all collaterals and touch points achieving the organization's goals and objectives Involved in strategic brand-building activities for the company Responsible for putting up approved marketing budget and justify on brand development programs for the long-term brand building exercise Work with various agencies/designers and supervise the creation of marketing collaterals for tactical and festive promotions Develop strategic corporate partnerships with various business partners Garner media support and publicity with corporate press releases, publicity campaigns and marketing strategies maintain healthy press relations Involve in store display, initiate the change of light boxes, banners and liaising with suppliers for all printing requirements Plan and execute marketing communications strategy plans and promotional activities Plan and create content for our customers (upload articles and promotions) using digital and social media channels. Get involved in bilingual (English and Mandarin) content creation including writing for long and short form content, production of graphics, short videos and slide animations - for posting across various social media channels Work closely with mall management and Operations team in rolling out marketing campaigns (i.e. short and long term promotions) across 9 clinic branches Skills and Academic Requirement Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing/Marketing/Business or any other related disciplines Minimum 1-2 years of Digital Marketing experience, preferably in TCM, Beauty or related industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese ( verbal and written ) due to the need to liaise with English and Chinese speaking customers and business associates Confident, resilient, result-oriented, independent and a team player Experience in e-commerce, SEM including PPC and SEO and Google Analytics etc., as well as knowledge of using imaging software such as PS, AI, ID, website management would have an added advantage Possess good public relation skills when conducting events and media related interviews Possess business development skills during collaboration or partnership negotiations Interested and qualified applicants are welcomed to submit your updated resume to '[HIDDEN TEXT]'
