Job Description

Our business unit in Essilor Singapore is looking for a motivated and dedicated Senior Marketing Executive to join us. You will work with different stakeholders and reporting directly to Marketing Manager.

Brand Marketing

• Create and execute marketing plans, activities and events to increase brand awareness

• Research competition and identify opportunities for growth

• Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels

• Support marketing manager in planning and executing ATL marketing activities

• Conceptualize and produce B2C marketing collaterals and materials

• Assist in development of marketing copy and proof-read copies for both offline and online campaigns, in line with branding guidelines

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

• Design, build and maintain our social media presence

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to optimize user funnels

• Collaborate with internal teams to generate and manage content on all online portals to optimize user experience

• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

• Devising programs/activities to assist Essilor Experts to have a sustainable digital presence
  

• Plan, execute and manage trade marketing activities, e.g. B2B promotions, workshops, New Product Launch Events, Pop-up Stores etc

• Assist in development of marketing copy and proof-read copies for both offline and online campaigns, in line with branding guidelines

• Work with designers to conceptualize and produce collaterals to aid in communicating promotions, events

• Managing B2B and in-store marketing collaterals and materials

• Ordering and managing GWPs

• Formulate promotional activities and work with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure the smooth execution for all such activities.

• Drive customer loyalty through effective planning and implementation of loyalty marketing campaigns

• Analyse and manage customer database to support loyalty marketing efforts - Essilor Expert Program

• New and innovative ideas to increase customer database (Tie-ups with retailers, banks, etc)
  

• Analyze data for meaningful insights to answer critical marketing questions
  

• Manage enquiries on customer service emails/enquiries
  

• Managing invoices and monthly reports

• Plan, Track and Analyze marketing activities against planned calendar and budget

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
  

• Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business or equivalent, with 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field

• Candidates who also possess knowledge in SEM and SEO will have additional advantage

• Creative thinker and solutions-driven individual with an appetite for knowledge

• Possess aesthetic sense and understand the basics behind artwork production

• Proficient in MS Office and open to learn the use of any new digital tools

• Proficient with MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Candidates who are proficient in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop will have additional advantage

• Able to work under pressure & tight schedule whilst being meticulous on details
