Introduction:

Hydra X provides regulatory-compliant, enterprise-ready solutions to prepare institutional clients for the future of finance. We seek to bridge the transition to a tokenised capital markets ecosystem by offering asset-agnostic solutions which allow interoperability between traditional and digital assets. Our clients include exchanges, banks, brokerages, and other financial institutions. We are currently embarking on a significant growth plan to expand our business, and are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to join us. You will be responsible for assisting with generating new content, marketing strategies, and user conversion. You will also assist with competitive research, business plans, and strategic analysis for purposes of driving the business. To succeed in this role, you will need to handle cross-functional tasks that involve understanding of capital markets, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency. Experience and interest in the emerging landscape of digital assets or FinTech will also be favourable.

Main Responsibilities:

• Market our Exchange Technology and Custody services to target clients, including exchanges, banks, brokerages and other financial institutions
• Develop marketing events/campaigns across multiple channels to acquire new clients
• Conduct in-depth research of the cryptocurrency market and user demographics
• Strong analytical skills to monitor data capture and use of reporting tools to track performance; provide accurate and timely reports on performance
• Drive and maintain digital marketing, newsletter, and social media channels
• Report directly to middle/senior management depending on candidate\'s post
• Be a team player in a lean-structured startup with staff located in different countries
  

• Experience or established relationships in any of the following industries would be a plus point: Custody, Banking, Cryptocurrency, Trading, Markets, or Exchanges.
• Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across different stakeholder groups (Engineering, Product, Legal/Compliance, and Sales).
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Content Creator, Content Writer, Content Strategist or a similar role.
• Portfolio of already published articles and web pages.
• Proper knowledge and working experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress, Joomla, etc.
• Exceptional knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Exceptional knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
• Good knowledge about email marketing.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of digital publishing and generating leads.
