Adecco is partnering with an established Education Institute, and we are looking for talents with a strong background in lead generation, handling large marketing budgets ($500k and above), and leading marketing executives to join their team!

• Develop marketing and communication campaigns for both online and offline advertising, PR, events, and branding aimed at generating leads and meeting targets.
• Plan, develop and execute out marketing campaigns by through working closely with internal stakeholders and agencies
• Lead implementation of various digital initiatives (social media, website, etc.)
• Ensure marketing collaterals are in-line with brand standards and brand tonality
• Evaluate & analyse campaign performance to ensure targets are met, and identify areas for improvement for future campaigns
• Identify new areas for marketing through CRM
• Manage large marketing budgets of at least $500k
• Leading a team of junior marketing executives on lead generation campaigns

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
• Min 5 years' experience in integrated marketing
• Online & offline B2B & B2C marketing experience
• Able to work in a fast-paced, working environment, across multiple teams and support various business
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategy
• Stakeholder management (managing senior level stakeholders)
• Familiarity with marketing trends and technological developments
• Able to provide quantifiable lead generation numbers
